Developments
The village consists of the Glenmore subdivision, the future Rivanna Village, a portion of the Running Deer subdivision, as well as open space, and contains 266 developable acres.
Master plan

The Village of Rivanna Master Plan is the latest growth area to have an adopted master plan, but a council has not been created at this time due to a lack of current development there.
