Transition Charlottesville-Albemarle

Transition Charlottesville/Albemarle is a grassroots coalition of citizens and organizations with a mission to build community resilience in response to economic instability, declining energy resources, and climate change.[1] The group meets monthly at the Central Branch of Jefferson-Madison Regional Library.[2]

The group has presented an ongoing series of workshops and demonstrations to develop skills for living without dependence on fossil fuels.[3][4]
