Toan Nguyen is Co-Founder of C'ville Coffee. Nguyen is a member of the 2010-2011 Leadership Charlottesville class [1] and is the Co-Founder of the Community Investment Collaborative. [2]He was also on the panel for the Tom Tom Festival's entrepreneurship presentation during their innovation series.[3]

Nguyen also founded a benefit corporation called C'ville Central in April 2013. The corporation is designed to create local jobs by pairing up struggling Charlottesville entrepreneurs with large institutions like the University of Virginia and Martha Jefferson Hospital that would otherwise give contracts to suppliers outside the region. Drawing his inspiration from the findings of the Orange Dot Report, Nguyen hopes ""C'ville Central"" will reduce the number of Charlottesville families living below the self-sufficiency threshold.[4]
