Seems we weren't the only one confused on the date of establishment, the 2000 is repeated here

Since the other sources seem to be property of C'ville Tommorrow, can someone there release those into the wiki? This sort of borders on the 'original research', but if there were a C'ville article about this we could reference, or an image of the document, then it would be less troublesome. -- B.S.
