Biography
Brown began her work with StreamWatch in 2005 as a volunteer monitor. She became a program officer in 2007 and executive director in May 2011 after John Murphy stepped down. In 2009, Brown attempted to live one year without throwing away anything that would end up in a landfill. [2]
