Project would construct a 1/4 mile, 2-lane roadway connecting the existing Rio Mills Road to Berkmar Drive Extended to address the use of a deficient unpaved road by trucks and other local through traffic on Earlysville Road.

The Rio Mills Connector Road is a planned roadway that would connect Rio Mills Road with Berkmar Drive Extended. The $3.8 million project was funded in the second road of Smart Scale. [1] [2]
