Philip Garland is the Senior Fiduciary and Compliance editor at VNBTrust, a Director/Trustee at The United Way Thomas Jefferson Area, and a member of the Charlottesville-Albemarle Bar Association. [1] He is the president of the Board of Directors for the Albemarle Housing Improvement Program.[2]
