The Meadows Neighborhood Association is an advocacy group to support the interests of the Meadows neighborhood in the City of Charlottesville. James Chang is the current president.[1]

The neighborhood straddles the eastern and western halves of US 29 through Charlottesville, but only on the west side south of Hydraulic Road, which serves as the City's border with Albemarle County. Neighborhood concerns include the impact of Stonefield. [2]
