Kevin O'Halloran is a member of Charlottesville's Board of Zoning Appeals and a former Chairman of the Charlottesville Planning Commission. He presided over the City's 2003 Rezoning.
O'Halloran was named Executive Director of the Virginia Center for the Creative Arts in 2019. He was the Executive Director of Charlottesville Opera through 2018. He was previously Director of Development for the Paramount Theater and Director of Donor Relations at the Charlottesville Area Community Foundation.
