J. Joshua Wheeler is the director of the Thomas Jefferson Center for the Protection of Free Expression.

About

Josh Wheeler graduated from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and received his master's degree from Hollins College before graduating from the UVA School of Law. Walker joined the Thomas Jefferson Center for the Protection of Free Expression in 1994, after moving to Virginia from California. He is also a lecturer at the UVA Law School.[1] Walker was recognized for his work in the community as one of the Daily Progress Distinguished Dozen in 2009.[2]
