Hope W. Gleason

Hope Woods Gleason (November 3, 1888 – February 14, 1947) was a member of the Albemarle County School Board in 1937. [1] On March 10, 1947, in a special session of the City Council, Strother F. Hamm was unanimously elected as member of the City School Board from the First Ward to serve the unexpired term of the late Hope W. Gleason.[2]
