Greenleaf Center is a proposed three-story commercial building that will be constructed at 1147 Rose Hill Drive. [1]
The property is within the city's B-1 zoning district. An existing one-story building was demolished in the spring of 2017 to make way for the new structure. Nearby residents argue that the new building will be out of scale with the rest of the area. [1]
