Dan Rosensweig is a member of the Charlottesville Planning Commission. He is an adjunct professor of English at the University of Virginia and a former executive director of the Soccer Organization of Charlottesville-Albemarle. He was appointed to the Planning Commission in March 2008 to fill the vacancy left by the resignation of William Lucy. Rosensweig is also the Executive Director of the Charlottesville branch of Habitat for Humanity.
Council reappointed Rosensweig to a second term at their meeting on June 18, 2012.
