Future funding concerns

Faced with uncertainty over state funding, some members of the School Board began raising the issue in the spring of 2012 of creating a public education foundation to raise money to help pay for a portion of the school system. Such a system would be build on the efforts of the Public Education Fund of Charlottesville-Albemarle. [1]
