Second phaseplanned unit development in order to construct a 35-unit neighborhood. 
As part of the development, Southern Development will designate at least seven units as "affordable", meaning their deeds will be restricted to citizens who only make 80% of the average median income. This restriction will last for 30 years. Habitat for Humanity will build other units as part of the project.
Third phase - Burnet Commons III
This is being developed on Elliot Avenue with Habitat for Humanity with a total of 50 homes.   When completed, the new phase will include 18 Habitat homes and 32 built by Southern Development. It is now known as Burnet Commons III: The Park. 
The first families moved into the development at the end of 2015.
