Buckingham Circle

Buckingham Circle is an Albemarle County neighborhood located near the intersection of U.S. 29 and Fontaine Avenue. Homes were first built there in the late 1940's[citation needed]. The Albemarle County Service Authority is proposing to replace water mains in this community, and is also considering the possibility of replacing sewer lines[1].
