Bill Letteri is the deputy county excutive of Albemarle County. He was named as Albemarle County's assistant county executive for financial and management services on January 5, 2011. In the position, he supervises the finance, human resources, information technologies, facilities development and general service departments.

Previously, Letteri served as the county's first director of facilities development, a position he held since 2007. Before that, he served as director of public works in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Prior to that, he worked as the chief of facilities and administration for Charlottesville from 1992 to 2004. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, from Cornell University and an MBA in Finance and Administration from James Madison University.
