Betty Jane Franklin Phillips

Betty Jane Franklin Phillips is one of several plaintiffs in a lawsuit to stop the removal of the Robert E. Lee Statue filed in March 2017. Phillips is a descendant of Paul Goodloe McIntire. [1]
