Adventure Farm, LLC is a family-owned and operated farm in northern Albemarle County. Chisholm Vineyards is located at the farm.
History
Adventure Farm was established in 1950 by Morris Chisholm. Situated on approximately 510 acres, the farm produces both livestock and produce and is maintained by 3rd and 4th generation Chisholm family members.[1] In early 2018, the farm began using the name “Chisholm Vineyards at Adventure Farm.”[2] The farming operations, including a pumpkin patch, continued be known simply as “Adventure Farm” as of late 2018.[3]

Wines from Chisholm Vineyards at Adventure Farm received Virginia Governor’s Cup awards in 2017, 2018, and 2020.[4]
