Todd Divers is the Democratic nominee to succeed Lee Richards as Charlottesville's Commissioner of Revenue in the 2013 general election. [1] He defeated Jonathan Stevens in the June 11, 2013 Democratic primary. [2] Richards had endorsed Divers to succeed him. [citation needed]
In the general election, Divers will face two independent candidates: Taneia Dowell and John Gunter. [2]
