Mark Brown is a Charlottesville entrepreneur who owns Yellow Cab, Anytime Taxi the Main Street Arena, and the building that houses downtown restaurants The Whiskey Jar and Brookville. [1]


Brown is also the owner of the Charlottesville Parking Center. Brown announced the completion of a $13.8 million deal to purchase the privately held Charlottesville Parking Center in August 2014. The purchase price of $34 per share for the 407,309 shares was approved at an August 4 CPC shareholders meeting.[2]
