Keith O. Woodard is a Charlottesville-based developer who has been active since the 1980's. [1] He is the principal at Woodard Properties. He is also a former member of the Charlottesville Redevelopment and Housing Authority's Board of Directors.

Biography
Woodard received a degree from the College of Architecture at the University of Kentucky in 1976 and moved to Charlottesville to start a family.
