Charlottesville/Albemarle Adult Drug Treatment Court

The Charlottesville-Albemarle Adult Drug Treatment Court is a program designed to provide an alternative treatment to non-violent offenders of drug laws. In FY2012 it has a budget of $304,499. Funding comes from the Virginia Supreme Court, the City of Charlottesville and Albemarle County. Participants are required to become alcohol and drug-free for a period of at least 12 months before they are allowed to graduate. [1]
