The Arganica Farm Club is a company that matches low-volume organic farmers with customers throughout the mid-Atlantic region. On September 13, 2011, the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals ruled 4-0 that the company is violating the county's zoning ordinance by operating a warehouse facility in the rural area. [1] Dominique Kostelac, Arganica's owner, is appealing the ruling in court and has moved most of the operations to Greene County pending the resolution. [2]
