Wallace Roberts & Todd, LLC (WRT) is a Philadelphia-based planning and design firm frequently hired by the Charlottesville government. They were founded in 1963. [1]

The Charlottesville Redevelopment and Housing Authority describes WRT as "Our Master Planning firm"[2] in a release announcing a draft of findings.
