The Holsinger is a mixed-use building constructed in 2006 that consists of condominiums, the Melting Pot restaurant and office space. It was designed by Formwork. [1]

The mixed-use condominium project included street level retail, elevated parking and sixteen apartments. It replaced a city-owned parking lot.

Timeline

  • January 3, 2001 – Contract to transfer ownership to Water Street, LLC
  • December 1, 2003 – Council amends contract to permit operating the property as a pay parking lot for up to two more years in order to create cash flow to defray development costs, after Water Street, LLC was transferred to a new owner[2]
  • 2006 – Construction [citation needed]
