Cedars Court Apartments is a residential complex off of Emmet Street in Charlottesville that is owned and operated by Management Services Company.
The company paid $42,407.32 into the Charlottesville Affordable Housing Fund in February 2018 related to a special use permit approved by City Council on December 5, 2016. [1]
